i am slowly but surely figuring out what i am doing. after looking at mikael keenedy along with ryan mcginley, i realized that i want to document and create a truthful narrative about myself and everyone/thing around me. i know i just need to carry my cameras with me at all times and not worry if i am invading someone's space. i have been filming a lot, but that is a slow process all together. i am just really intrigued right now by people, their actions, and how i relate to them. i want to study myself along with others. i want to use different mediums, such as polaroids, holgas, digital and super8 films. in the end i want to combine all of my findings and experiences to make something magical. i always pull it together and successfully create a series, but i just need to stop thinking and analyzing everything and do it!
i found mikael kennedy and auotmatically was attracted not only to his images, but his thought process and how he came about the images. he is constantly shooting without distractions. rthe narratives and stories he tells through his images are beautiful. you can connect with what is going on a personal and mental level. i want to do that with my images as well. whether or not they have me in them. overall, they will be about me but in an indirect way.

Does kennedy have gallery representation? Next time I see you --you better have a camera on you.
